Not one of those. All of them. Theta is a technology consultancy and product company, founded by travel and transport technology experts. 30+ engineers, advisors and product builders — deployed globally.
We were started by people who had shipped complex systems in regulated environments — and were tired of watching the handoff between strategy, build, and operations leak value.
Theta exists to remove that handoff. The team that proposes is the team that designs, the team that designs is the team that ships, and the team that ships is the team that runs the system in production.
Our origin is in travel and transport technology — real-time inventory, zero-downtime migration, multi-system orchestration, regulated compliance. That depth is the foundation we bring to every engagement, in every industry.
We are based in Monaco. We deploy globally. We are not AI-native — we are in active, deliberate transition toward applied AI delivery, and we will tell you honestly what AI can do for your context and what it cannot do yet.

Eight years of shipping.
- 2018
Founded.
By travel and transport technology experts. The mandate from day one: advisory + product + integration, delivered by the same team.
- 2020
RPO ships with Irish Rail.
Revenue protection for railways. Android-first, offline-capable, audit-ready. Average FPN issuance in production: under two minutes.
- 2023
First product: TIXLIO.
Field ticketing for tourism. Mobile POS + online + admin in one platform — built because the off-the-shelf tools didn't fit operators in the field.
- 2025
TravelStream launches on AWS.
Corporate travel data automation between Amadeus Cytric Easy and ERPs. Three steps, zero manual input, operational in days.
- 2026
30+ people. New brand. Same standard.
A refreshed identity, an expanded GenAI practice, and the same operating principle we started with: we build what the decision requires, and we stay until it performs.
